Ragunathan (AR Nathan) has been in property consultancy industry since 1999. Nathan’s career has been predominated in property management and valuations. He is also active in conducting corporate valuations and litigations based valuations.

In recent years, Nathan is actively involved in REITs management. He is also involved in high end residential projects and has contributed above 1Mil sales to the company.

On the other hand, Nathan is also an active author in The Focus and The Edge, property magazines.
